"After-Sales Services"
Provide comprehensive services, including delivery, on-site installation, and application training, encompassing program programming, maintenance, and repair. Conduct on-site follow-up visits and provide technical support to customers on a semi-annual basis. Free repair of 3D projectors shall be provided for the first ten (10) years in the event of defects in materials or workmanship.
“ Customer Training ”
In addition to on-site application training, the company also provides both standard and customized professional training based on customer needs.
“ Remote Services”
Professional engineers provide customers with remote technical support services through the Internet and global connectivity to promptly resolve related issues, as well as lifetime periodic free software updates.
“ Phone Support ”
Provides customers with business, pre-sales, and after-sales technical consulting services, and ensures repair requests are addressed within 48 hours.
